• File Permissions messed up ?

I've had this problem for a while that: When i try to delete a file it doesn't get deleted or it gets deleted but comes back after i refresh the folder. And sometimes those files i've tried to delete just vanish when i let them be for a while. Also when i update or install or uninstall something it usually comes up with this kind of error Also sometimes it says when i try to delete some file or run some program that "File is in use and cannot be accesed" What i've tried to do as a fix is setting ownership trough file properties and with "Take Ownership" thing i have in context menu. Also scanned my computer with MBAM, Spybot S&D and F-Secure 2011 And tried these command line fixes found with google to reset file permissions but those haven't helped. secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\inf\defltbase.inf /db defltbase.sdb /verbose icacls * /T /Q /C /RESET And checked my HDD for errors with HDtune and Chkdsk I think these problems started with installing Service Pack 1 but i didn't notice them instantly and already deleted restore point which had no SP1 installed. So if anyone got an idea how to fix this other than reinstalling Windows please tell. Problem solved by reinstalling windows as it seemed no one had a fix for this
