Unless I watch a Youtube video at 480p the Video is usually pixelated and the pixels move like behind the image? It's hard to explain but anyway it's unwatchable most of the time, I have a 5770 and I can't think what this is.. Any ideas? Tried Google chrome and Firefox and both have exactly the same problem (both are also fully updated)The sound is fine.
Post a screenshot but I think I know what you mean
I get this too; I thought it was something to do with how the video was initially rendered and saved.
Post a screenshot. I've never seen whatever it is you're talking about.
Uhh for example, It's hard to show really but it all goes like this (the videos in question are fine usually, apart from the second one I'm not sure if that is just like that but this is what it looks like on pretty much all videos)

Try updating your codec pack. I suggest the K-Lite codec pack
