Paint.net
If I am using Paint.net and I save my little animation as a gif, and upload it, will it play? Or will it stay as it is. (Flattend with all of the layers on one canvas.)
Currently it looks all meshed like this.

It should look like this, in this order, except an animation.

Can anyone tell me how to make it move with a transparent background?

GIMP works, uploading avatar after lunch.
I do not think you can make animated .gifs with Paint.net
i think.
>:O
I just wasted my life.
Yeah, you can't make GIFs with Paint.NET. Every time I used it to save a picture, it would FORCE me to flatten the layers. You can't make an animated GIF with flattened layers. It just doesn't work.
Now, Photoshop has an animation layout, in which you can create a frame by frame animation with whatever contents are in the .PSD at the time. Works fantastic.
There are also other animation programs out there, just do some Google searches and you'll find stuff.
Ah...
FUCK.
Brb downloading GIMP so that I can fail twice in one day.
Remember to save it as an .apng, or it won't work on FP.
I was about to ask
'OMFGMOGF Y IT NO WREK? FFS'
So, thanks, Bio.
Saved as an .apng, but it says it cannot find the extension.
What the fuck now?
