What is a good cooler for a Q9400? It needs to be under 50 bucks. Please, no LEDs unless they are green.
If you have a big case get the Mugen 2. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185093&Tpk=mugen%202 If you don't, get the F7P. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186134&Tpk=freezer%207%20pro
Uhhh, I have no clue if that will fit but I'm getting the Raidmax Smilodon... It's not going to be a piece of crap case, but, that seems to be a massive cooler... I'm gonna go see how wide my case is. [editline]10:51PM[/editline] I decided on the Freezer 7 Pro. Good reviews, and I can definitely fit it in my case.
Yea the Mugen 2 just fits into my HAF, it's pretty big.
Mugen 2 is an amazing cooler. My personal favorite. Too bad you don't have the room for it. :(
Freezer PRos are brilliant, Got one in almost every PC I have.
Thanks guys! I love this section of Facepunch, people are nice and responses are fast and good info.

The Freezer 7 Pro is like the top Fan and Heatsink. It's cheap, has a lot of good reviews, and a lot of people like to recommend it. Plus it has thermal compound already applied! Definitely gonna get it.
Mugen 2 is better but both are good.
Mugen 2 is better but both are good.
I will probly get the Mugen 2 and see what the difference in temps are. But for now F7P is the best ive used.
