First and Foremost, I wish to thank each and everyone that decides to help me out on my little issue here with my computer. Hopefully it is an easy fix, and if not - an issue that is known and fixable to some degree. Let's start with some specs. http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c03220956&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en Hopefully that will cover the basis of what is needed on hardware. Onto the problem, starting from the top, right before issues began - in order. >Reset Computer to Default Factory Settings to speed programs up, was simply too bogged down. >Left it on to scan using Comodo Dragon over night. Woke up - saw it BSOD - Did not check the title of the BSOD reason. (I figured it over heated.) >Stayed shut down for several hours. >Started it back up, Built In keyboard and mouse worked fine for about two minutes, suddenly ceased to work. >Plugging USB mouse did nothing, do not own USB keyboard. (Screen was not frozen, could see fade in notifications for windows updater. - could not ctrl alt dlt.) >Turned off computer, hope it was just a fluke - had USB mouse inserted in from the beginning. >Mouse was constantly moved, worked fine - tried to open a few applications, suddenly froze - rebooted. >Continued to jiggle, even while opening application, seemed to work - though keyboard didn't work. >Went to work, came back several hours- tried mouse jiggle + keyboard spam. >Keyboard works for a few minutes, eventually stops dead, mouse stopped dead as well- despite it was usb and didn't before in the past, screen appeared frozen. >Yelled at it and cried for twenty minutes. >Tried again, that didn't work - mouse and keyboard froze immediately. Again, I appreciate any and all help :V
bump. Still having issues with things. I would really appreciate some help.
