Through exhaustive research and extensive interviews with key financial insiders, politicians, journalists, and academics, the film traces the rise of a rogue industry which has corrupted politics, regulation, and academia. It was made on location in the United States, Iceland, England, France, Singapore, and China.[/QUOTE] If you're at all interested in Economics or simply want to find out what exactly happened to cause the financial crisis of 2008 (and pretty much today) then you should definately take a look at this documentary. Its extremely well made, narrated by Matt Damon and has numerous head figures talking about what happened as well as interviews with Wall Street traders and government officials. I saw this movie but I'm still no closer to understanding how the world finance markets work. As far as I can tell they just make money out of nowhere?
