Please enjoy this rambling, Randian, xenophobic monologue in which a former daytime court TV judge, now working as a Fox News law commentator, submits that the Boston Bombers and their entire family should have no basic human rights, including the right to privacy, the right to an attorney, the right to remain silent, the right to medical care, and all the other protections of the US Constitution.
You want to protect his rights? He's dead! He's a terrorist! He has no rights! [...] And now, mother of Jihadis, the Obama Administration, at breakneck speed, rushes in a federal judge and stops the FBI in the middle of a high-value interrogation to arraign your son and shower him with even more rights. The right to remain silent, the right to an attorney, unparalleled medical care, all the protections of our constitution... Why? Because the president and his buddy Eric Holder want the world to think better of us. They want the world to see American Justice at its best. Really?! They hate us! [...] Honestly, I don't care much what the world thinks of us, or our American justice system! [...] I don't want to show the rest of the world how our justice system works! I honestly don't give a damn! [...] What's that? You can't afford an attorney? Too damn bad!
I think this "Judge" might need a quick refresher in how "basic human rights" actually works. This was a bit disgusting to watch.
this seems like the point where Fox stops being funny and veers off into being legitimately scary
"Innocent until proven guilty? naaaah"

She's pretty quick to forget that we don't give people human rights because we agree with them. If you want to take away any freedom you enjoy yourself purely out of hatred, you're no better than a jihadist.
Do they not understand that other than the fact that being a Muslim and/or having ties to terrorist organizations means nothing under the law. The law sees him as a common criminal, and he will be tried for murder and assault.
Around 2:06 when she was commenting on the mothers response of course she is acting like that! The media is being fucking assholes to her and the judge is clearly a good example so I understand her response.
Love the Crazy Jihad Lady photo they used for her quotes.

Emotional bias is seeping from all over her
She sounds like a fucking prick.
You Americans have the funniest news.
This woman should be ashamed of herself. I don't care if the defendant is literally Hitler, they still have these rights that our country guarantees. I'm sickened by her "Us vs Them" and "America is the greatest province of mankind and everyone should aspire to be us" attitude. Fucking disgraceful.
What those two men did is indefensible, but that does not give us a right to strip away their constitutionally guaranteed rights in the name of petty revenge.
You guys seriously need a media that isn't completely shit. The fact that these kind of people are going on mainstream TV is fucking insane.
Its as if people forget this man is a Citizen.
Fox news is crazy, that family is crazy, put him through the system as you would any other american citizen and justice will be served.
This is actually creepy...and overdramatic like a fucking movie
Also she looks like Cher

Hey it's good comedy for sane people
Gee, I wonder why she wound up as a fake TV judge, and not a real one.
I give her this though, she is passionate about politics. I agree with her on about 10% of her points. 1/10
wow I didn't even hear the end yet, she went full crazy
I give her this though, she is passionate about politics. I agree with her on about 10% of her points. 1/10
If that's just passion, I'd hate to see zealotry. This woman is plain bonkers.

She's not passionate about politics, she's passionate about being ignorant.

Just because you don't agree with her idea on how the country works doesn't make her ignorant. I promise even is she's a shitty fake judge or newscaster or whatever, she still knows more than you about whats going on in the world. She just sees it differently.
there are WAY more crazy right-wing nuts than this lady, like my own parents who think that we shouldn't let anyone into the country at all. This lady just has it out for this family it seems, maybe Islamic extremists as well
Fox news is crazy, that family is crazy, put him through the system as you would any other american citizen and justice will be served.
America's system is pretty fucked up though
I consider myself pretty tolerant about differing viewpoints, up until those viewpoints include stripping human beings of all their God-given natural rights, and claiming that immigrants are here to "suck the fat of our country."
"showered them with food and money and housing and education and all the freedoms of american citizens"
This made me laugh.
Yeah, that was stupid.
It's like saying I shouldn't ever help someone out at all because they MIGHT be terrible.
There are tons of people who abuse the welfare system, though. but most of them are probably americans!
Jesus fuck, she is acting like that the woman and her sons are basically Hitler.
I promise even is she's a shitty fake judge or newscaster or whatever, she still knows more than you about whats going on in the world.
Wow I see you know me very well, wanna go out for a beer sometime?
Yeah, that was stupid.

Studies in Denmark show that it's way overblown. Given the choice, the vast majority would prefer working to being on welfare.
So they don't care about any of the rights in the Constitution except the 2nd one? Fucking racist, xenophobic, hypocritical bastards.
Obligatory
