Most of these are really interesting.
Indeed, the talks are long and therefore may not suit everyone (considering the effect of the internet on one's attention span), but are overall pretty damn intriguing, not to mention inspiring.
Any avid wimp user knows about TED.
I always skip these at wimp, so god damn boring. wow, you mad
Ted.com is my second speed dial. :iia:

LOVE ted talks...
These videos are worth watching.
I was shown this in school [editline]24th May 2011[/editline] I'm 12
Read title and thought it was this: http://tedisgod.org Then read OP and cried a little inside.

needlessly long
I really like these; they're always very insightful and interesting.
Yup, watch TED regularly.
Here's my question: Can you submit applications for individuals you think worthy of a TED talk? My Anatomy/Physiology/Biology teacher gives the most amazing talks on humanity's disconnect with nature as a whole, and with renewable resources. Of course, he also happens to be my father, but regardless I think he could pull it off. The man knows his shit.

TED's are great. They're extremely informative, they're pretty short (usually max. 20 minutes) and the talkers are interesting.
Dear god why won't she stop saying the word epic.
Most of them I'll just skip over, but I've seen a few that were really interesting. As long as you find one that appeals to the kind of thing you're interested in, they're pretty cool.
RSA Animate takes some TED Talks and animates them on a whiteboard. It's really neat to watch.
Great talks, bad OP.
I've still got Mike Rowe's speech on my iPod from a few years back. I love Ted Talks.
I love watching TED talks. They're very interesting and entertaining.

I was surprised to walk in on my dad watching a TED conference video.
Another TED talks fan right here
"TEDxSydney" was today and streaming live on youtube. Utter shit, and made me ashamed to be Australian. Only we could make TED shit :australia:
