Revert actions taken by Win32 Disk Imager on a 2GB flash drive?

So recently I have been working on turning my old motherboard in a NAS home server using the Free4Nas software, I want to boot it off a 2GB flash drive which I had laying around. Problem is I installed the installer image directly on it, and I realized a bit too late that this isn't what you have to do to get it running.
Problem is I can't format it, and the Free4Nas software doesn't detect it. All I can do at this point is boot from it which doesn't wield and results.
Does anyone know a solution on how to format it back to FAT32 to start out blank again?
I greatly appreciate input.
The HP USB format tool is generally what I've used to restore sticks after writing to them with Win32 or DD.
Sorry to say, but I just managed to nail it by formatting it to FAT32. Guess I pulled the horn too quickly again. Sorry for wasting your times.
