Intel only build > ivy or sandy
What are your build ideas apart from what i have in mind already for the client ?
What does "Intel only build > ivy or sandy" mean?
Go Ivy bridge.
Its coming out in the next few weeks.

i realize this i just need some pc build enthusiasts to show me what i could potentially build with the 1800 pound budget.
bump?
Well, if editing is on the list, I would look at atleast 16GB RAM (Since you have the budget anyway), then go for one of the newer i7 CPU's. As for GPU, any high end Nvidia card should do really (Unless the client puts rendering as a pro long before gaming).
Does the SSD support 6GB/s speeds, or is it one of the slower 3GB/s ones?

Yes 2 ssd's in raid 0 6gbps Is supported
Then I would go for what I suggested above, along with a Z68 motherboard or similar, that has Intel SATA3 controller.

I'm not sure about Z68 now that I mentioned it, just make sure it has the Intel SATA3 controller (6GB/s) and that it has triple channel. (Not sure if the Z68 cards even have triple channel)
Apart from that, I'm not sure what else you're looking for. I have some tips on cases if you're completely lost.
i have an asrock z68 extreme 7 gen 3 board that im thinking of using. and yeh i would appreciate anyones build list on this post to give me some ideas.
Wait do you have already the board or will you buy a new one? I would get a Z77 board.
It has Intel SATA chips (The 6GBB/S support should only be on Z77 and newer I think) and PCI-e 3.0 (Not that it matters much)
I have an Asus P8Z68-V Pro, which has Intel SATA chip along with that glitchy Marvell chip. It's dual channel though and I kind of agree on the Z77. I'm not 100% updated with today's releases.
