Shame was great, looking forward
Looks like Chiwetel Ejifor finally has a chance to break into mainstream. About time.
God, that's an amazing cast with an amazing director.
Been looking forward to this since it was announced. Stellar cast, really looking forward to seeing Dwight Henry and Quvenzhane Wallis in another film together, even if their parts are small.
Benedict has been doing well for himself recently Also, Paul Giamatti and Michael Fassbender. I know nothing about the book but the cast is what I'll see this movie for(Also it seems interesting.)
been looking forward for this ever since i saw shame and hunger, hype hype hype
This is gonna be amazing. Shame and Hunger are two of the best of the past 10 years and I think Fassbender's acting deserves the same praise. Gonna be SO GOOD

What a huge "surprise" - 12 Years a Slave not only delivers quality one could expect after Steve McQueen' movie, but it exceeds all expectations being one of the best films presented this year on TIFF. Just like Gravity (which was called one of the best films presented in Venice) it currently holds 100% Fresh on RottenTomatoes. Oh, and Brad Pitt spoke about his role in this film, and while he plays a minor character there it's one of the best roles he had, and it's been a privilege to play it.
Steve McQueen has risen from the grave
Steve McQueen has risen from the grave
hurr, he has the same name as a dead actor, how droll
maximum hype for this movie
Just a random thing, but the original Epps House that Northup helped build is on my college's campus. They are going to have it opened up as an exhibit soon and I can't wait to see it.
I want to see this already.
holy shit this came as a surprise. FUCKING loved shame and hunger. sooooooo good. really looking forward to watching this one
