Hello, So I upgraded my old Win7 laptop to Win8 Pro, and everytime I connect to my WiFi it just goes snail mod for everyone connected to it, like 6kb speed, and when I disonnect from the WiFi, it becomes normal speed again I have tried flushing the DNS and deleting temp files And my lap is completely fresh, formated and all, Help? Thanks
Maybe you just so happened to get a virus around the time you upgraded? I say do a virus scan.
This is like my first thought. Plus Windows Updates. and possibly bad wireless drivers too. Have you updated your wireless drivers?
I might have downloaded Steam but the internet was so bad that Steam didn't even start, and drivers SHOULD be updated I might just go to the shop and see what we can figure out there

No other way.
Figured out the problem was from my router, it was too old I guess, so anyone who's having my problem, it might be that your router is too old
