• Logitech ClearChat Comfrot USB headset malfunctioning. I have NO idea what's wrong.

As read in the title, I recently bought a Logitech ClearChat Comfort USB headset with a mic and when I plug it into any USB port on my PC, it shows up as an Unknown Device (and the box even said, Skype, Windows Live, and AIM certified). I read the setup instructions and followed them to the last period, and when I plug them in the headphones won't play sound and the microphone won't detect anything either. There's supposed to be a light on this little button half way through the cord to indicate whether or not the mic is muted. But the light isn't on, which means the whole device just isn't turning on when plugged in. WTF IS WRONG!?
Install drivers. :v: if you already did that then it's fucked
I don't think there are any drivers for this. Even if there are, where could I find them? My current headphones and separate mic are just plug n' play. Never needed drivers for them. Why should a USB connectable device be so different? I tried searching the device on the internet and it seems many people are having my same problem. Others have been able to plug it in and have it work, then a day or so afterwords my problem occurs. So, I don't think there are any drivers.

I believe it is the third one of that page, however the box didn't say it was "Pro" :P Looks the exact same though.
