because microsoft is much more trustworthy than those google bastards pot kettle black
Yeah, because they're not doing the same damn thing with Bing and your MS account, right?
Rude.
"KEEP CALM WHILE WE ACT SMUG BEFORE THE CONTROVERSIES ARRIVE"
It's interesting how basically within a year google turned from "They will NEVER be bad, I totally welcome a google monopoly" to "fuck off"
Ooh boy! Not only do we get merchandise but we get petty variations of the "Keep Calm and X" meme as well! It's like Microsoft truly relates to us!
im NSA and i approve this message don't use google, use microsoft and their legendary skydrive.
It's interesting how basically within a year google turned from "They will NEVER be bad, I totally welcome a google monopoly" to "fuck off"
Outside of the YouTube changes, I haven't seen that much reason to be upset at Google.
Outside of the YouTube changes, I haven't seen that much reason to be upset at Google.
A lot of people think Google is some terrible NSA offshoot now because we've become aware of data mining in the news. The short answer is "No, they're not even half as bad."
Fucking hell microsoft, I liked you better when you didn't do shit like this
so even though they are by law required to both steal your data, and they also get hacked by the goverment regardless, microsoft finds it funny to knock on chrome that takes a lot of balls
What are Google going to do with your data except show you adverts that are actually useful to you? What is the fear people have with it? Do most people assume a human is sifting through your data laughing about your search terms? I don't know about you but I prefer seeing adverts related to things I care about more than seeing some viagra advert also if we're talking about data security, I'm sure Microsoft don't even come close
A lot of people think Google is some terrible NSA offshoot now because we've become aware of data mining in the news. The short answer is "No, they're not even half as bad."
Exactly. Google only has access to info it collects. The NSA can get fucking anything because they know where to look.
This is pretty funny because if I'm not mistaken on the leaked PRISM slides, Microsoft was the first one to enlist in the program & They always bitch about Google not supporting the Windows Phone platform and I really can't blame them if they do shit like this

Geeze, their data centers are like fort knox.
Are you kidding me? EDIT: why are some still using windows XP?
"Don't get your data mined by Google, let us mine your data."

awful
I feel dreadfully sorry for anybody outside of any Microsoft employees and/or related family members who get caught dead sporting that merchandise in real life.
I would buy that for a few dollars.
If it didn't have their logo on it it might be worth throwing it on cafepress.
After Google forceing the shittiest system into Youtube, deleting accounts that will not use it, only locking search results on their terms and threatning to shut down Youtube because people are saying how much shit Google+ is, automaticly feeds all system specs and location if using chrome, yeah, fuck 'em.
Fixed
to be fair that was proven false
We can laugh all we want but chrome does track and report everything you do. So, if you're worried about that kind of stuff you can use SRWare Iron which is a chromium based browser with all the tracking stuff removed or just use the good ol' firefox.
threatning to shut down Youtube because people are saying how much shit Google+ is
Woah. Time out. What? Is there a source or is that just some word of mouth rumor?

Chromes Incognito mode actually doubles the monitoring instead of cutting it.
Woah Time out. What?
Yeah, they are wanting to temporarly shut down Youtube to "stop the spam." It would last two weeks so they could delete all comments and launch the site as a "clean slate." As of right now it's a rumor but I wouldn't be surprised if they do something.
Aren't a lot of these a massive trademark violation Surely google trademarked the chrome logo
Exactly why I downgraded to F.F. Chromes Incognito mode actually doubles the monitoring instead of cutting it.
Incognito mode just makes sure websites don't leave a trace on your computer. Also, right now firefox is actually faster than chrome in a lot of applications and memory management. Chrome, however, is still faster in terms of web responsiveness.
