There's a crack in my laptop screen - what should I do?

The other day I accidentally dropped my laptop and the screen cracked. Display works, however, and so does everything else.
It's kinda concerning and this is the first time it's happened so I'm wondering what I should do next. Buy a replacement screen and fix it myself? How easy would that be? I'd save up for a new laptop but I mean this one still works, there's just a crack in it now.
Model for anyone wondering: http://shop.lenovo.com/us/en/laptops/thinkpad/yoga-series/yoga-14/
Probably the touchscreen that is gone.
They are utter bastards to replace on laptops.
found this on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hfgV47E2SYA if its not ur laptop the proccess should be quiet simular
The touchscreen seems unlikely that it'll work reliably.
What you should look out for until you manage to replace it is either dropping it again (at all, not just on the screen) and make sure you don't put the laptop through rapid temperature changes. If your laptop was used outside in the cold and brought inside next to a heater, the rapid change in temperature can further crack the glass. This'll happen regardless of the temperature change the laptop goes through, it'll just be more obvious if it's going from really cold to really hot in a short time.
Get a new one.
Most Lenovo laptops have service manuals (eg. step-by-step instructions on how to remove/replace system parts). You could check this out and see for yourself if it's worth the effort:

I've removed pretty much everything in a T450s and put it back together, and replaced the LCD panel in it twice, so it's definitely something you can do yourself.
As for the part you need to buy (if you're going to replace it yourself), take a look at this list of service parts (scroll down to "Touch panels"):

You may see some duplicates, which means they are same parts but made by different manufacturers (eg. LGD, AG); you may want to do research on which are better. When you have a part number, you can either look it up through their official site (here) or some other channels, like laptopscreen.com (which I can attest had a screen as good as the official one).
I looked up the price on the official IBM store (which sells Lenovo spare parts), and the price for 00HT560 touch panel was 520€, so you may want to look elsewhere for the spare parts. I bought an unofficial LCD panel (1080p IPS) from laptopscreen.com which cost 70€ in comparison to 200€ for an official part, and it was just as good as the official one.
