For fucks sake.
I hate this guy so fucking much.
I hate this guy so fucking much.
It's a group of people.
I'm laughing. 4 websites in a row? Damn. Escapist and Finfish were also taken down.
I hope they fuck with Valve. (With minimal or failed attempts) We all know what happened to Axel. Edit: I'm saying that if they start poking Valve with a stick, they'll actually just take the stick and knock them out with it.
I don't get the point of this... taking down government servers to make a point against censorship, I agree with. But taking out other targets "for the lulz" just totally destroys the chance of anyone taking them serious.
What douchebags, It's not even targeted at a specific group, it's just for the reaction.
Just let it go, those guys are just looking for attention and that's exactly what they're getting I mean, if I was part of a group that would take down websites for no reason, I'd be damn proud and continue if lots of news websites mentioned us.
Let me take a moment to extend a few words to Lulzsec. FUCK. YOU. FUCK YOU and your "luls". We've had enough of your bullshit. Attacking governments to make a point is a moral grey area as it is, attacking private servers, and GAME SERVERS nevertheless is outright retarded. How can you expect ANYONE to take you seriously with this rain of shit that's falling out of your computers? Stay away from our games!

I mean the more this seems like fun and games for them, the more likely they are going to enjoy this to such a point that they leave some strong evidence behind.
How hard is it to take down these guys? I'm sorry if I don't know anything about this but it's pretty ridiculous.

Attentionwhores.
How hard is it to take down these guys? I'm sorry if I don't know anything about this but it's pretty ridiculous.
It depends upon what method they're using. I'm waiting to hear that they attempted to attack googles Servers. I mean judging by the amount of bandwith Google throughputs per day I doubt their servers would even flinch.
I think its just a group of people trying to point out how abysmally poor online security is, as well as just doing it as a intellectual exercise
No they aren't, not in the slightest. They threatened to leak info from Bethesda and they did. Wanna know what their request was? A fucking hat in Brink. Just a bunch of little hackers wanting attention.
The Escapist was talking about how these attacks will bring attention to how lousy modern internet security is and they were pretty much praising Lulz Boat. It almost seemed fishy. Why they would hack it is weird/
Since they took down some "big" websites I suppose they are a group of people therefore they are DDosing.
FUCK OFF DOUCHEBAGS
'LulzSec' are nothing more than an immature group of attention whores who think that people think they're really awesome - however, in reality they're 500lb neckbeards living in their mom's basement.
After a while people will just get bored with them and hopefully they'll go away.
however, in reality they're 500lb neckbeards living in their mom's basement.
Wow, the most creative insult i have ever seen!
-snip-
Can we blow up their computers like in Die Hard already? This is getting ridiculous.
lulzsec is nothing more than a bunch of sociopathic autistic nerds.
Naw, if that was true they wouldn't have attacked minecraft! :v:
People are quick to call them assholes, but at the end of the day they are exposing just how insecure the internet is and will force people to upgrade their security, stopping other groups from doing more malicious stuff like stealing credit card details etc.

When they hacked sony the first two times they were exposing shit, now it's just obnoxious.

And also increasing the felony on their heads. Maybe they have the right idea, but they're going about it all wrong.
