• Will this much sleep hold me out?

Firstly: This is not another thread asking if I should sleep for 30 mins or browse facepunch. This is a thread asking if the amount of sleep I've had is sufficient! Straight to the point. Monday Morning I went to sleep at 5AM, Slept via my college alarm clock, and woke up at 4PM ( yeah fucking strange, I know! ). From there I decided to stay awake all that night ( in hopes it would make me tired enough to actually sleep Tuesday night ), so I would wake up Wednesday for college on time. So I fell asleep for an hour and half at about 4PM Tuesday night. Then I stayed awake till 11:30 Tuesday night. I finally woke up about an hour ago (5AM Wednesday morning). So in the last 2 days I've had like 8 Hours of sleep. I have to leave for college at 8:30 today. Do you think those 8 hours of sleep would of generated enough energy for me to work the full day ( 9AM-5PM) today without being tired?
Well you are gonna make it pretty well but you are gonna be a little hyperactive. Consider getting more sleep, I slept 6 hours tonight, and to top it off we have GCSE's today.
No, You're screwed.

Or just being really snappy and aggressive about things?
Why don't you have a set bed time, as lame as it sounds? When your sleep cycle is out of wack, you will be too. I learned this the hard way one summer and accidentally became nocturnal. It was hell trying to fix myself once school started.

You're a lucky bitch I went to sleep at 5AM yesterday, and I woke up at 11pm :[

Keep the same time no matter how it looks outside and you'll be alright.

Which causes mass tiredness, which in turn, makes me go to sleep earlier.

Put your alarm for a certain time. If you're the kind who turns them off without knowing it, put it loud and across the room where you have to get up and turn it off. Should help with the sleeping too late. If you wake up too early, just lay back down until you fall back to sleep. It's hard to get into the groove but if you keep repeating it day after day, your body will eventually realize that it's time to go to bed at a certain time. It works. Trust me. You just have to be extremely repetitive.
