• John Boehner: President Obama wants to 'annihilate' GOP
“And given what we heard yesterday about the President’s vision for his second term, it’s pretty clear to me that he knows he can’t do any of that as long as the House is controlled by Republicans,” Boehner (R-Ohio) said at a gathering of the Republican-oriented Ripon Society on Tuesday, a day after President Barack Obama’s second Inaugural address. “So we’re expecting over the next 22 months to be the focus of this Administration as they attempt to annihilate the Republican Party. And let me just tell you, I do believe that is their goal — to just shove us into the dustbin of history.”

Boehner’s comments came in the wake of what critics called an unusually partisan inaugural speech from Obama, who pledged commitment to liberal priorities including climate change, protecting entitlements and gay marriage.
http://www.politico.com/story/2013/01/boehner-obama-to-annihilate-gop-86654.html
He seems to be doing a damn good job so far. And he has my support.
I'm pretty sure it is normal for anyone to want to oppose their opposition.
Well SOMEONE has to take the US into the 21'st century, and the GOP seems hellbent on going back to the 18'th century, so.....
They mostly seem to be annihilating themselves, if you ask me.
Hate to break it to ya Bohner, but the general public want the GOP in the dustbin of history too. You dipshits try your hardest to fuck us over and you have given up entirely on even attempting to hide that. Go away GOP.
"At this rate, the party obsessed with staying in the dustbin of history is going to be shoved into the dustbin of history! We have to stop this! What we have to do is fuck over minorities, the environment, the economy, and rape victims even more. Then we'll get back into the limelight where we belong! Paving the way into the future by sitting in place like a stubborn little child! That's the Republican way!"
Not like Obama has to do much anyway. Every time a GOP member speaks, the tide turns ever greater against them.
Boehner seems like more and more of a self-obsessed delusional crybaby every time he speaks.
Boehner seems like more and more of a self-obsessed delusional crybaby every time he speaks.
You can pretty much put any GOP member you want in place of Boehner there.
They are already in the dustbin of history. Supply-side economics is a proven failure. They are railing against social policies that the majority of Americans are slowly coming to accept as every day life, such as equal rights for LGBT citizens and abortion. They stand by the tiny fraction of scientists who still refuse to acknowledge what everyone else knows, that climate change is real. And now they have to fight a beast of their own creation. When the conservative court ruled that corporations could give unlimited anonymous money to politicians they had to have known that a charismatic Democrat would step up one day and rake in the cash. I honesty don't know who still votes for the GOP anymore other than just because they don't like the other guy. I have no love for the Democrats either but if you aren't rich, white or Christian the Republicans don't give a shit about what you think.

People still vote for these morons, seeing as they're still here.
to just shove us into the dustbin of history.
Where they belong.
Won't take much considering how much they do it to themselves
I wish the president good luck on his mission.
He should drop gun control, then maybe he can
Don't we all?
obama was obviously sent from the future to annihilate [del]sarah connor[/del] the GOP
This guy has a massive anti-Obama Boehner.
Don't worry, my nigga Boehner will keep us strong and fit to withstand the trials of history and Obama's renegade tactics and attacks on American values.
The GOP belongs in the dustbin. I just wish Real Obama was as capable of shoving them into it as GOP Straw Man Obama apparently is.
Friggin' fascists, man.
In the coming decades I think the gop will return to its roots
