Hey guys i was wondering how to make a handheld video camera effect in phototshop...

You can do this in paint.net.

Why do people want to edit pictures to a videorecorder style when it's nothing like this in real..
Everyone saying "it's nothing like this in real" has never taken a video camera and tried to film their TV with it.
I just run videos onto VHS, then run back in

I just did that, and it give me clean footage.. No stripes. False argument.
