Every time I look up for a tutorial its nothing but drawing on paper. I want to know which type of software is best for animating.
You can use almost any program to animate, all you need is something to make every frame and something to compress the frames. But I do agree with the above post flash is aimed at 2D animation.

Ah, didn't even see the number. Why flash 8 over the newer versions from adobe is basically what I meant though.
