tbh aren't there other charities that would probably be more worth the money? this is just sending games to people who are already employed, not like they couldn't just buy them themselves

It's not like they're in the middle of nowhere, you think that businesses would miss out on such a large group of people to sell to? Even if there were no game stores there, not like they couldn't just order internationally or get them in a care package from friends or family

Also that still doesn't justify DDoSing a charity.

And it's hardly building stores in the middle of the ocean, you need a shitload of infrastructure to run a military base, and stores are no exception. Look at this, it's a search engine for looking at the stocks of stores at military bases and results come up for Call of Duty/Titanfall and others, sooooo... Edit: What, do you guys think they're like a million miles away from any human contact with massive mile high gates keeping everything out?

Wouldn't support for wounded troops be important too?

This charity provides video games and equipment to play video games in these areas, typically at a USO (which is a non profit). It can be pretty therapeutic for some people, considering you're stuck thousands of miles away from home where people are trying to kill you.
