I already have an SSD, HDD, Monitors (1 HDMI, 1 VGA), Keyboard and Mouse and Speakers (Logitech X530S). I mostly play games but every now and then render videos. Anyone help me choose good parts? Budget around £700

Depends though. Are you in need of an OS?
Thanks so much, I dont "NEED" an OS as i may have some around... If you can use the money to maybe upgrade another part or something i wouldn't mind using an old copy.. Also what is the main difference between the AMD 7970 and the GTX 770 and why did you choose the 770 (Just wondering).
The main difference is the 7970 is a bitch to find at a good price thanks to mining, and the Performance is basically the same.
The main difference is the 7970 is a bitch to find at a good price thanks to mining, and the Performance is basically the same.
The 280X(which is basically a 7970) is 10 less, though, with the gigabyte version being a whole 30 less The same RAM is available with 1600MHz from amazon for barely 2 pounds more There's also no issue getting in an overclockable processor/motherboard with that budget http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/2OWPT
I always forget the 280x isn't stupid expensive in the UK
Hey guys Thanks for all your help so far, I was around and i think it may be cheaper to upgrade my current PC then to get a whole new PC. MOBO: ASUS M4A78LT-M-LE CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 640 GPU: ATI AMD Radeon HD 5670 HDD: 465GB Western Digital SSD: 111GB INTEL SSDSC2CW120A3 PSU: 350 watts I think, Says Coolermaster 460. RAM: 4.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 669MHz Is it worth upgrading or getting a new system all together? Thanks
I would suggest a whole new system honestly.
The only thing I really see you being able to scavenge is the SSD.
The ssd and hdd will be fine.
