CAN KASICH CLINCH THE NOMINATION
CAN KASICH CLINCH THE NOMINATION
only if jeb doesn't clinch it first
I'm one of the 98% of White voters as of half an hour ago, hooray.
That statistic didn't really surprise me, living here all my life.
I'm doing my part!
Will be very interesting to see how West Virginia goes. I think that no matter what Dem candidate the state goes for, in the General it'll turn into a red state. It's full of working class/poor white men who use to be the core of the Democrat's base but over the past few years have been alienated over for minorities and "going eco" instead of creating coal jobs for them.

Calling it already with only 0.0% of the votes counted? Fucking useless media orgs, I think Kasich has a real chance
Also NPR said earlier that Cruz is "considering" a renew to his race if either state today gives enough "protest votes" to him instead of Trump.
What a ride that'll be.

You're bang on the money there.
We see the same thing in Australia when it comes to coal communities getting shafted by legislation from a party their parents defended tooth and nail.

NPR yesterday theorized that they would swing to Bernie because, while both are anti-coal, he's more pro-helpthepoor while she's just....anti-coal.
Did my part and voted earlier today.

This will be one of the first times in a while when a suspended campaign renewed itself. Interesting.
Gonna be an interesting primary. is it california oclock yet?
West Virginia isn't too crazy about either Sanders or Clinton, but I feel like Sanders may win the primary here, especially since he tends to do better in predominately white states.

I think Bernie, despite being anti-coal, would also at least try to replace the coal industry with a green energy industry to help them.
I think Trump and his entire performance throughout these primaries show just how strong the poor white male vote can still be and Bernie is more likely to tap into that when it comes to the Dems.
Well, Clinton is in the lead, but that may be very short lived.
NBC have gone and called it for Bernie. Apparently the campaign has sent out victory emails.
Bernie is projected to win by a good bit, but even then it will only dent Clinton five or so delegates

Poor white males may not he the mega majority of the population anymore but they are far from a minority demographic, something which I think the Democrats failed to think about.

How many delegates are at stake here?
9.2% Other...
That's the highest "Other" since O'malley dropped out.

MSNBC called it the minute polls opened. 7:30 PM on the dot, Bernie was the projected winner.

I wasn't aware it happened before :v:

Vermin Supreme is gonna take the nomination just you wait.
God damn, even with only Trump running, 20% of Republican voters still voted against him.

Early voting opened April 27th, plenty of people voted before the competition dropped out.

I find it hard to believe even a majority of the 20% were early voters. Trump would have gotten a large slice of that as well and it's impossible to believe that the entire 20% were the entirety of the early voters.
Considering Nebraska sits in the middle of Rato territory, the fact that Trump has this much votes is shocking.
Sanders still keep fighting hard.
he in the win now
Here comes bernie!
