Read 'anti-gay' as 'anti-gravity.' Was very confused.
Oh no crimes against nature!

Why do you think they train so hard? Nobody ever beat physics by being lazy.

crimes against nature? torture the shit out of them!
It's females, society is more accepting of lesbians.
I might be wrong, but I think I heard in the last Olympics that mouth-to-mouth kisses between female gymnasts was sort of tradition and not really considered a display of homosexuality?
Maybe this also applies to runners.
I'm probably wrong though.

It's funny because many animals show homosexual behaviour on a regular basis: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homosexual_behavior_in_animals

I did too and was seriously disappointed when I couldn't find pictures of them floating while kissing

It'd be a great way to escape the impromptu lynch mob that would form shortly afterwards.

NBC Headline: PUTIN'S GOT A PITCHFORK!
Thought I saw "anti gravity" and "kiss" so I imagined a woman jumping over one of those pole vault bars but giving it a smooch as she sailed over. Totally forgot what a podium was :v:

Gas chamber minimum punishment
I'll be honest, that's pretty hot
Russian women always look so gaunt.

But I seriously hope they don't get punished for this.

Yep, it's the same in Russia. I doubt Russians en masse saw this as defying the anti-gay law.
I feel like it'd have had more of an impact if men did it. Some people are probably going to be like "aww yeah lesbinens".
aww yea lesbinens
I don't see why they don't repeal the laws about gravity, everything deserves the freedom to be attracted to whatever they want regardless of what the other thing identifies as or their proximity

Why are they kissing with their eyes open?
Why are they kissing with their eyes open?
Either A) that happens to be the moment of the photo or B) they're doing in in protest, rather than passion
its only gay if they're guys if it's 2 girls it's hot B)

If these were men the security would have rushed in, beaten up both of them, and possibly forced a baton up one of them's ass considering the russian police seems to have a thing with fitting things up people's butts.
It's females, society is more accepting of lesbians.
Well, one could argue against this. While it is true that, on the surface, it seems to be more accepted, it is so for all the wrong reasons. The reasons one would accept lesbians and not gay men come from sexism.
So I suppose it is possible that they will not be punished since all the people who support the anti-gay laws are also sexist?

Only because of how fetishized it is, though.

Actually, male homosexuality seems to be much more fetishised. Especially on the internet.

Especially with "girly" boys.

i'd say only on the internet rather than especially. and it makes sense that something that isn't openly accepted offline flourishes online
