I like your graffiti. Your lines need more practice, you go over them too many times. Also you need to draw from references more, that glock is awful.
You have potential, if you're interested you should do some figure studies at http://www.posemaniacs.com/ and just anatomy studies in general. And also drawing from life more.

DRR... DRR... DRR...
Practise graffiti more on paper and cardboard, make it more complex and think it through, so when you go to violate the law you violate it with something nice-to-look-at instead of this horrendous eyesore pulverized shit from a can on the walls that you are showing us.
rest of it is meh stoner art.
that glock looks like it's milliseconds away from exploding.
Just the next time you draw look at some references, or google up some tutorials.
At least have the decency to make something presentable when you vandalize property.

Er.
What?

That was way too cryptic, nobody could have guessed that from what you said
I can tell you're into drugs.

I admire your appreciation for extremely shitty things.

I like your posts
The graffiti is so bad. The purple color on it is just shit. The lines are bad. The composition is bad.
I find it hard to find artistic value in that peace of shit AND you destroyed someones wall.
If you were going to paint on someones wall at least make it good looking.
Apart from the mushroom the other drawings aren't really good either. The hand drawing is going into the right direction but there is still no composition in it. Even if it's abstract or whatnot it should have some sense of anatomy or at least something that makes things stand out or give the drawing SOMETHING that makes it presentable.
Sorry for the long rant, but I do sort of like what you're trying to do and you should practice more, but maybe you should practice drawing less cluttered things before you move on to more complex pieces.

No i appreciate the criticism. I'm not really an artist(obviously), i just like to receive criticsm. But the wall was an abandoned carwash, it wasn't hurting anyone. And in my own defense it was really fucking dark, the whole piece was done pretty much guessing where the last line i sprayed lay. It was my first and last attempt. i wanna get out and do some more though.
Get a couple 4x4 wood panels and line em up like a wall. Practice on those, that way when ever you do go out writing your spending your time going good stuff.
Now on your food piece. You've made a mistake that a lot of beginners make. You've tried to stylize your letters and failed. It's that "D" at the end, it's barely readable. It looks more like "Fooj" or "Fool". When you're starting out, keep it basic. Focus more on things like composition, silhouette and color scheme. A cool tip for deciding color scheme is to take any brand name item in your house and use those colors. Experienced graphic designers with an intense knowledge of color theory get paid to design those things, so it's a good way to pick up effective color schemes.
Best of luck dude, stay ambitious.
I felt the need to post a few throw ups of mine. I haven't been doing graffiti for long at all, but I recommend practicing on wooden boards than you can paint over white when finished.

The "We run this" and "Ya dig" has nothing to do with the actual piece, I was just screwing around with some new caps.
[editline]25th June 2011[/editline]
I suggest you draw everything out in notebooks before you go out and spray. I have about 4 notebooks full of letters and doodles. Than take it nice and slow with the paint, working on can control. I recommend Spanish Montana Hardcore paint along with Banana caps.
Oh, and another tip. Something I used when I got started was DaFont. It sounds ridiculous but graffiti is hard when you first start out and you're lost. I'm not saying you should plagiarize work, but it always helps to have an idea to point you in the right direction. The next time you go out, take everyone else's advice, don't fuck up a wall with your first piece. Practice on paper, then cardboard, then wood, then under a bridge or a concrete wall.
Atleast op had the courtesy of calling it "dwaings" instead of abusing the real word.

This one actually maintains the style throughout the lettering, but, CASPA?
Come on bro, thats a really lame name.

Ehh, I like it. As dumb as it sounds, the name kind of picks you. :unsmith:
I like the name. Plus that's less important than the work you put up anyway.
One really important thing to remember when doing graffiti is basically to do what YOU like. It's a really unique style of art.

No. The one important thing to remember is to not get caught doing it.
You should lay off the marijuanas. It's poisons.
No. The one important thing to remember is to not get caught doing it.
Well that's a given when doing anything illegal.

Tagging shit is stupid anyways
OP I hope you wear a belt and don't show underwear.
I hear male whores in jail do that for easy access. :q:
Tagging shit is ok as long as your tag doesn't look like a scribble done by a 5 year old
Tagging shit is ok as long as your tag doesn't look like a scribble done by a 5 year old
95% of it does so, so only 5% is ok.
Maybe even less.
No. The one important thing to remember is to not get caught doing it.
A graffiti writer never expects to get caught, just like a cop never expects to get shot.
Ehh, I like it. As dumb as it sounds, the name kind of picks you. :unsmith:
I've personally met 3 different white kids who have all used the name Casper for a graff name.
All of them were as toy as it gets. Its not original, at all.
And in graffiti, originality does count, at least to the guys who are in the culture for real.
I'm not trying to sound like Mr. Fucking-Know-It-All but I killed walls and trains for 5 years before I got busted. I knew guys who had kids and wives but still caught ups on freights every few weekends or so.
I've consider putting up pics of my old stuff, but seeing as how FP is not a graffiti-oriented community in the least, I'll probably just avoid doing that.
