Well I am in quite the little hiccup here, seems after my prolonged return to Origin it has decided to go all fubar on me. Yes you do see the AVG icon below, that is me actually uninstalling it curiously proceeding to see if that was the issue since I don't really rely on anti-viruses and such and to my expectations it was no different. Here I am expecting somewhat of a fix for this annoyance:
Looks like the website itself or a DNS server between you and the website is down. Usually it fixes itself.

What is the question mark in the bottom right? Anyway, have you tried it in a different browser?

Anyway, have you tried it in a different browser?
That is my HP Support Panel that I use for my notebook updates, I proxied on hidemyass and the webpage displayed like it should so something could be an issue with my network. I'll try loading the page up on Firefox and if the results are the same I have just thought, would creating myself a static ip help in any sort of way after trying the new browser?
I don't think it will, you could try a different DNS server, Google has one https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/ There are guides on the internet for changing the dns server

EDIT: Turns out I had entries in my hosts file in System32 that prevented me from all of this, I removed them and straight away I had access to all of Origin on the client AND website.
