Go away shitty government, it won't fix anything...
It's hilarious when you realise the only reason the law considers copyright and piracy a major problem and spend so much time in it is because the fat cat companies that pay money to them get butthurt over a little lost money compared to the amount of money they make ripping off people like me who buy they're products.
They make piracy nowadays sound worse than committing a murder.
Fuck off, the IWF list is bad enough.

So, are they gonna block 'em on a DNS level??
I'm still certain that Mirrors Edge was based off Beijing but London is really starting to look a lot more of a candidate.
lol nannystate

No-one is forcing you to buy the music, games, movies etc. They are far from something that is necessary to survive, they can set any price they want. If you want to influence the price you shouldn't buy it or pirate it. The best way is to do that and write a letter to the company explaining why (a letter, not an email).
However I don't support blocking websites because of copyright infringement, it might stop casual pirates, but people hellbent on not paying for a product will get around it.
Seriously getting sick of our government now. They seriously seriously need to be bombed.
Anyone up for the challenge? :v:
Surely the Lib Dems won't allow this
Nah they totally will
Is this the same government that just had a massive cut in the public sector? Now they're doing something that will waste more money?
Fuck it probably wouldn't even work
[QUOTE=smurfy;28912791]Surely the Lib Dems won't allow this

Sure they will, because they're just as fucking corrupt as the tories. I don't see a single complaint regarding any of the shit David Cameron has pulled recently from any of them, the only remotely good thing was when our MP resigned because of all the bullshit.
A pox on the Coalition! Let them burn and smoulder in the flames of their own stoking.

We don't have controlled internet and the CCTV system London does but I guess we could call the Shangri-La The Shard if it turns your crank.

I hope so, as it'll be easy to circumvent!
Tories don't give a shit last time I heard. It's the Lib Dems.
This coalition...
Can't wait to vote Labour instead of Lib. Dem. next time! This is what I get for voting for pussies. Massive funding cuts to fuck over the poor, a government that truly doesn't care for the opinions of it's people and a more and more Orwellian Britain.

Anything else would most likely severely gimp everyone's internet connection further.
A+ news would read again.

If you want civil liberties you should have voted lib dem
lol
I can think of a hundred and one better uses of government time than this.
