It's late at night (2am), I'm a little burnt out and hungry from that dope earlier, so I decided to craft an easy snack that doesn't take very long, but is both nutritious and delicious.
Here is a small tutorial to make a pretty great egg bagel thing, I like it call it, The Bag N' Egg.

I didn't add any bacon because i'm lazy and junk, but that'd make it 5x as good.
Ingredients
An Egg
A Bagel
Cheese (my preference is marble, yo.)
Some Ketchup and stuff.
You could use an english muffin or some straight up toast, but I find bagels to be pretty rad. If you have anything to post, go ahead. The only Criteria is that it be quickly made and tastes tubular.
you NEVER add ketchup to eggs. never.
Chef approves
:chef:
I make these often, they're the best when I'm drunk.

I'm a bit of a ketchup kid, I put ketchup on many things.

you're missing out.
Replace brown sauce with ketchup, and it sounds great.
Use tabasco with eggs :D
Easy made scramble egg:
Pour egg into microwave-safe bowl, add in a little bit of milk/hot water (like 2 or 3 table spoons?), stir and microwave. It might explode so just stop the microwave when you see it getting a bit too big.
Think I'll substitute the ketchup for some warm butter or cream cheese, still looks good.

AKA: McDonalds Scrambled Egg
Yuck, it fries the proteins and calcium.
Eggy Bread (Or French Toast you silly Americans) is pretty tasty.
Break an egg or two into a bowl and whisk with a fork or something, tear some slices of bread into quarters, soak the bread in the egg completely, fry the bread for as long as it takes to be nicely cooked (Seriously you want it to be cooked properly :barf:) and then eat it. Maybe with condiments.
If you're a wacky American you probably but maple syrup on this stuff. It's a savoury food I tell you!

Too much dairy then. Also, cream cheese is kinda too sweet.
Goddamn I don't have bagels.

Any kind of syrup is too sweet if it hasn't been diluted.

My parents and various other adults always called it that when I was little. But I've always known French Toast as the American sweet version of it.
Wikipedia says it's a Roman recipe and was originally sweet. Well fancy that. It's still good without sugar and stuff.

French Toast is very common around here. The vast majority of restaurants around here that serve breakfast serve French Toast.
...why would you need to post instructions for this?

Toast taste better with jelly then butter and you dont get fat from eating it.
I don't like butter with jelly. I like jelly on toast, and butter on toast, but not at the same time.

You're overthinking this
you NEVER add ketchup to eggs. never.
You can add ketchup to everything what are you talking about
Also the best thing to eat while high, in terms of healthiness, for me is a salad with chicken strips and Italian vinaigrette
