i feel like if UT included vehicles then toxikk has nothing on it (besides UT still being stuck in alpha). i mean, UT already plays like an old-school shooter, isn't that toxikk's entire selling point?

But UT doesn't have vehicles and Toxikk does, so the point is mute. And its not like all arena shooters are the same, just like how some people prefer CoD to Battlefield I'm sure people may prefer how one game plays over the other.

It's too bad that there isn't really any mention of vehicles in the new UT. The gameplay is pretty much the same as it has always been movement wise etc, but I feel like the larger maps available with more complex vertical movement and objective control for warfare and vehicle ctf were great game modes in ut3 and 2004
I mean, the new UT is a community-driven project. If people started asking for vehicles, I'm sure they'd get added.
But they're busy making other content for the core gameplay and such.
I wouldn't be surprised if there were vehicles already in some sort of modding effort anyway, due to to the open nature of nUT (that's the accepted abbreviation r-right?).
