So I am trying to overclock (Worked before), and everytime I do anything with the clocks when im not doing anything they will drop so low that my two screens will start flickering to all living hell. AMD overdrive is disabled if that counts for anything. Any help is appreciated.
What GPU and what driver version would be a nice start.
Also, I hope you're not serious when you say AMD overdrive is disabled, because that is what overclocks a AMD GPU.
Im using afterburner, anyway its a radeon 5770 hd. Driver version is 15.7.1
If it's not MSi, I'd really suggest using the AMD one, but regarding the Driver, you really should download the beta driver, It's like 7 months newer than the stable.

Suggests using MSI afterburn is not a great idea for multi-screen setups for HD5000-series. Either ditch the afterburner, or try the beta update. That's my two cents.
