Don't think this is a good idea, knowing the orientation of inertial measurement sensors relative to the screen is really important for their use, and there's honestly not that many sensors you need in a smartwatch. GPS for example is a bit excessive because unless it's phone-free it's not like GPS is anywhere near accurate enough to tell the difference between where your wrist and phone are and the GPS that fits in a phone is likely to be way better than one that fits in a smartwatch clasp.
