MUAMMAR Gaddafi has called on his forces to turn the Libya "into a hell" rather than surrender like "women". "If Libya goes up in flames, who will be able to govern it? Let it burn," he said in an audio broadcast made from an undisclosed location. "We will fight in every valley, in every street, in every oasis, and every town. We won't surrender again; we are not women; we will keep fighting." Gaddafi, who has been on the run since rebels entered Tripoli on August 20, warned that tribes loyal to him are armed and won't surrender to the rebels. The message was broadcast as the leaders of the rebellion that overthrew Mr Gaddafi met senior envoys from 60 countries in Paris at a "Friends of Libya" conference hosted by France and Britain.Mustafa Abdel Jalil, the president of Libya's interim National Transitional Council, was welcomed to the Elysee Palace for talks with leaders from the United Nations, United States, Russia, China, Europe and the Arab world. Meanwhile one of Gadaffi's sons and his wife have been accused of pouring boiling water on an Ethiopian nanny. The nanny has recounted being beaten and severely burnt while working for Gaddafi's son Hannibal and his wife. Lying prone in her bed at Tripoli's only burns unit, Shweyga Mullah, 30, said wife Aline Skaf, a Lebanese lingerie model previously accused of abuse, twice poured scalding water on her, causing third degree burns which doctors said would take years to treat. Now Errmih said she just wants to get treatment, go home to Addis Ababa to see her mother, and for justice to be done. "I would like that she is judged under the law," she said. In 2008, Hannibal and Skaf, then pregnant, were briefly arrested at a Geneva hotel on suspicion of mistreating two of their domestic staff, causing a diplomatic rumpus between Libya and Switzerland. The Algerian government said Hannibal crossed into Algeria on Saturday last week along with a brother, sister and their mother, taking refuge from advancing rebel forces. It is thought Skaf and their two children are with Hannibal. "If they want a long battle, let it be long" Gaddafi on the run since August 20 Claims tribes are still loyal and won't surrender
Stay classy Gaddafi. Well that sure is considerate to women. I'll be glad to see him finally be locked up.
Batshit insane.
Instead he's just going to run
Astonishing that he can claim to stand and fight and never surrender whilst he is on the run.
So where was this thread posted already?
"We will fight in every valley, in every street, in every oasis, and every town. We won't surrender again; we are not women; we will keep fighting."
We won't surrender again? When was the first time?
Let's see him say this when the rebels bust down his door. Or at least the door he's hiding behind.
Don't talk shit about women man. They will kick your fucking ass. And besides, arent his guards all females?
The sooner he is in chains, the sooner this whole conflict can be resolved. Also the vocal ladybashing ain't the way to go.
What I think he meant to say was "We are not French"
Unfortunately being sexist too doesn't change my opinion of him much considering what he's caused already.
I dont see him on the frontlines, rifle in hand.
This guy sounds more and more like the soldier from TF2 every time he opens his mouth.
At least he's going out with a bang. I mean, when you're already being hunted down like that, might as well go all out.
This guy sounds more and more like the soldier from TF2 every time he opens his mouth.
If he was the soldier he wouldn't be running away :v:
Instead he's just going to run
No he's not!
What I think he meant to say was "We are not French"
rude.
Don't say so about women. :(
Gaddafi Duck doesn't seem to realize the Rebels own the Capital, the new president has been accepted into the UN and his own hometown is under siege while he ran away to Algeria. He's fucked.
I bet his all-female bodyguard brigade will love him for this.
Gaddaffi, Why are you so hilarious
He just doesn't give a fuck, he's old anyway.
Not exactly a good way to go out.
Not exactly a good way to go out.
When 70% of the world hates you, it's hard to find a good way out.
"We can't surrender like women, but we can retreate like babies!"
Unfortunately being sexist too doesn't change my opinion of him much considering what he's caused already.
I know, man, fucking sexist comments like this aren't helping his chances at re-election at all. :downs:
"We will fight in every valley, in every street, in every oasis, and every town. We won't surrender again; we are not women; we will keep fighting."
Is he trying to sound like Churchill?
Can't wait until he's caught. There better be a video recording of his trial, I want to see him either squirm or spout more bullshit.
Maybe if he was a woman, he would have at least a bit of fashion taste.
