First two on the left deal with windows, they're all gravy, the two in the middle(mint) can stay too; but, those fags(ubuntu) on the far right need to go. Seeing as I was too lazy to get rid of them before I installed mint they're still here doing nothing but now I can't get rid of them due to that whole sda5&6 wont go until 7&8 are gone. Is there a way to get rid of ubuntu without killing mint, can I just go into ubuntu and uninstall? And once ubuntu is gone how do I go about creating another partition for mints home/windows documents(what type of partition and what have you)?
Are you sure you can't just delete partitions 5 and 6?

Read the dialog you've just posted one more time, and it should explain the problem. Keyword starts by "unm". Once you've done that you should be able to delete them.
Oh wow I feel stupid, thanks.
kay so how do I throw Home on a separate partition?
Create a new partition and set the mount point as /home
