wish that the plexes were on sale too i kinda miss eve :(
I'd maybe go for it, but I really don't need a third account right now.
If EVE ever went free-to-play, or just had F2P capabilities (I don't care if they restrict things like participating in faction warfare; I have no interest in PVP anyway), then I would totally play it. I enjoyed the trial when I played it, but the game is just too slow to justify my spending money monthly to play it, especially since my time schedule is fairly strict; I wouldn't be able to play enough to make enough ISK to pay the subscription with it, as people suggest doing.

EVE is all about PVP. It is the best part about the game. A lot of people hate EVE because they get in and start mining, get bored and quit because the game doesn't tell you exactly what to do as if it were some sort of linear experience.
Also EVE's core progression mechanic is entirely incompatible with f2p
its 5 bucks so im gunna have a go with a bud. i hope its good
EVE should consider making walking-on-stations a free-to-play feature, but severely restricted, ie, no skill training, no undocking, no way to make sufficient quantities of money, transport between stations has to be done via player-run-courier service. It'd fill up the stations and kinda make more sense (PLEX stands for Pilot license extension).

Of course, the fact that someone gifted me a low-level cruiser helped a lot with that, I think. :v: Say what you will, but I just don't give a rat's ass about PVP, in any game. I am perfectly content with PVE.
