WASHINGTON (AP) -- Former Secretary Hillary Clinton failed to turn over a copy of a key message involving problems caused by her use of a private homebrew email server, the State Department confirmed Thursday. The disclosure makes it unclear what other work-related emails may have been deleted by the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee.
The email was included within messages exchanged Nov. 13, 2010, between Clinton and one of her closest aides, Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin. At the time, emails sent from Clinton's BlackBerry device and routed through her private clintonemail.com server in the basement of her New York home were being blocked by the State Department's spam filter. A suggested remedy was for Clinton to obtain a state.gov email account.
"Let's get separate address or device but I don't want any risk of the personal being accessible," Clinton responded to Abedin.
Clinton never used a government account that was set up for her, instead continuing to rely on her private server until leaving office.
from october 22nd 2015, when Hillary testified under oath:
GOWDY: The 15 -- my question to you, on the 15, did your lawyers find them and decide that they were not work related or did they not find them?
CLINTON: Well, I don't know why he had emails I didn't. And I don't know why, apparently, I had emails he didn't. And all I can tell you is that I turned over every work related email in my possession.
HOW CONVENIENT.
When does this ride end? Hopefully with a conviction, but we all know otherwise.

The American public doesn't give a shit by in large, why would the legal system even bother attempting the difficult task.

Under normal circumstances, this would just go away by itself pretty soon with noone paying attention but sooner or later, Trump is going to go apeshit with it on her.

The average voter doesn't know jackshit about computers or security. While it's stupid what she did, theyre going to make this out to be her handing Russia north Korea China and Iran all our top secret secrets when it was far from that.
This year has been an absolute shit show for politics in general hasn't it?
People who have done far less than what she did have had their lives ruined.
And yet here she is still running for president. This shows how rigged the political system is. If she was the head of a company and did this she'd be sacked already.
How anyone can still vote for her, let alone trust anything she says, after knowing about this, is beyond belief.

If 2016 is the year the UK leaves the EU and Donald Trump becomes president of the United States of America, I can think of no more an indictment against democracy

You mean against globalism and the assumption that every foreign culture is peaceful (they're not).
This has just been a fantastic year for politics, huh? :downs:
You mean to tell me that all of those 30000 odd emails she deleted on her own accord weren't just things about weddings and other personal affairs?
Well I'll be darned!
Oh look another reason not to vote for clinton. The convention will be violent if the party nominates this piece of garbage

Will it though? Clinton seems to breed apathy, being a part of the old establishment and all.
The amount of accidental and convenient fuck ups from this crew of clowns is fucking joke.
Any other business or someone with half the decency of an average person would see these "convenient" fuck ups and start getting their shit together but nope some how she gets to keep it up and nothing will happen.
God damn its so fucked up :(

Brexit was a popular referendum and US presidential elections are directly representative. True democracy does not always produce results you like.
Maybe 2016 is the year that the establishment decides to make democracy 110% more representative. No more referendums, no more primaries etc.
We the people have clearly demonstrated we're not capable of making good decisions for government

Please for God's sake if it comes down to Clinton vs Trump, vote for Clinton. As bitter as you are over her victory over Bernie, she is by far the better choice for a president compared to Trump.

Didn't various DNC leaks confirm that they basically put all of their eggs in Hilary's basket very well in advance? I mean, sure - you can say that with Trump, but the DNC basically rallied behind Hilary and helped push her onto us. Hilary's rise in popularity isn't entirely on us.

I think the point Raidyr was making is if Democracy brings about such terrible outcomes, then maybe Democracy is not such a good idea.
There's a reason the United States constitution was not written as a truly representative democracy, even beyond the practical problems of managing such as a system, the founding fathers realized that the majority of the people were, to put it frankly, not very smart. They decided they needed to put roadblocks and checks and balances in front of the popular vote. Over time, the government has become more democratized with the introduction of things such as the primary process. This democratization may have actually led to things becoming stabilized because there is no counterbalance against the propensity of the masses to be swayed by emotional rhetoric. Direct Majority Democracy actually leads to an outcome where nobody is happy because only the single largest voting bloc gets representation.
She's the fucking zodiac killer you morons
[editline]25th June 2016[/editline]
I've never seen her email and the zodiac killers emails used at the same time

The value she has over Trump is that she's a practiced liar and a sociopath. You want the one that can smile, nod and say something to the foreign power that they want to hear.
We're stuck between an awful person, and an awful person with no filter, who's driving interest is to put an end to political correctness, and is likely to drive the country into the ground to do it.
What really goddamn gets to me about this election is that not even the Clinton advocates seem to really believe in Clinton. Pretty much everything that I've heard trying to sell her has been prefaced with "She's a huge piece of shit, but the other shit's shittier."
At least the Trump madmen actually like their candidate. Like a sad political equivalent of Mighty Number 9, she's Better Than Nothing™

Already explained multiple times that I'll never vote for Hillary. Unless sanders runs 3rd party I will be voting trump

The rest of your post reads great and I'm totally in favor of reforming the way we vote on things, but I am inclined to discount everything you say because frankly, this statement scares the freedom right out of me.

Clinton isn't a racist, xenophobic, hate-mongering bully for one.

Your actions are insane, irrational, illogical, and based purely on puerile hate for Hillary because she beat Sanders. You are making a huge mistake by casting a vote for Trump over Hillary.

You can guess my intentions all day but you're not right. I have logic behind my decision and hatred doesn't play a huge role in it. By all means though, keep sharing your theories

America's ignored the democratic process for a few decades and it's been allowed to corrupt itself to massive levels. Witness the government shutdowns over baby drama and political games.
You're going to have to solve this with the ballot box or the ammo box, and pray for a solution with the ballot box, since the ammo box solution would be catastrophic.
Clinton isn't a racist, xenophobic, hate-mongering bully for one.
She's a manipulative deceptive snake in women's clothing carrying her establishment and woman cards as a replacement for ethics and integrity and has been predetermined to be the winner of both the democratic nomination and the election by the corporate media. This election is at best a symbolic vote of futility and clinging to the idea that this representative democracy is at all representational.
I can trust Trump to be a populist bigoted dickbag; I can't trust Hillary at all.
