Something something, causes cancer. All I know about the UK I learned from reading the Daily Mail. But in all seriousness, why start worrying about getting your money's worth [I]now[/I], UK government? Surely you can find somewhere to find the funding from some other lardy little corner of the parliament.
But they can afford to help out all the young slags who pump out kids like they're going out of fashion.

It is not "cheap" or "easy" to make vaccines, each dose MUST be perfect, analyzed to make sure non could cause infectivity, side effects, etc.
