I need a little cheapy 4:3 monitor for business use, but after some searching I've found most of them are as expensive or more expensive than a 1080p monitor. They need to be new or refurbished and buy-able in bulk.
What's the most reasonable priced 4:3 LCD Monitor out there? (Preferably 1024x768).
(This might take a lot of searching, I have found any after several days).
Get an used one if you really need a cheap one.
1024x768 is 15" monitor res usually. You can get 1280x1024.

Sorry didn't put it in the OP, needs to be new or refurbished and buy-able in bulk.
Any reason you can't buy cheap 1366x768 panels?

The reason it needs to be 4:3 is the desks are quite small and widescreen monitors would take too much space.
However, it may resort to that considering these wacky prices.

Probably because its "obsolete" and it fell out of popularity. Stuff like that isn't mass-produced as much is usually more expensive.
Get a very small widescreen?
Widescreen is useful in the business. Two windows can be displayed side by side. Very convenient.
The only use I can see for 4:3 is for DOS or equivalent.
