• Sleep fine, but tired as of late

Title says it all. I've been getting 8-10 hours of sleep a day but when I wake up I'm still tired as fuck. Eyes are heavy, lack of motivation, and I just want to flop back on my bed. Not sure what's going on. Any ideas?
Do more exercise maybe?
Is your average meal healthy ? Sleeping a lot won't do much if you don't have a good diet.
10 hours is a bit much actually, excessive sleep could make you tired. I don't know how often you sleep 10 hours though, so I could be wrong, in any case, 8 hours a night is optimal. Do you nap during the day? a powernap should never exceed 20 minutes. How long has this been going on?
OP, do you happen to... Drink relatively a lot of sugary sodas? Jerk off a lot? Eat irregularly or w/e? Don't move/exercise too much? If so, then there you have it. At least some possible causes or reasons.
strive for 6-8 hours of sleep. Experiment between them. Also, take vitamins every other day (not every day, it's better that way really, depending on them is said to actually be more unhealthy) I am a natural insomniac and it's just a part of me, but I usually don't have [B]too[/B] many issues. Especially with trying for 6-8 and all that. obviously this would mean using an alarm to compensate for the fact that day/night sleep pattern is disrupted by curtains and living in a house. if you ever need to "Knock yourself the fuck out" chug a can of this [t]http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5209/5233415918_06aa02c0f1_z.jpg[/t] of course, drinking it too much too often makes it work less
Have a good amount of protein in the morning. Have some eggs or something. You should shake off that sluggish feeling. I learned that from Fraiser :v:

Could have Mano. I had it when I was younger. I was extremely tired all the time. A friend had it recently. He was saying the same things you are saying.
