Oh no! Not the annoying viruses! They're the worst!
Metro 2033, bought without hesitation.
JUST CAUSE 2! Buying.
Hah. I knew waiting for Just Cause would pay off.
OK, is Mount and Blade worth it? I checked some reviews, they were actually pretty varied, from a "totally awesome" to a "total crap". While I'm asking, how's DMC4? Most of the reviews I found were for the console versions, and I know how bad a PC port can get. *cough*MGS2*cough*
I would definitely recommend M&B, very good fun. However, I would say M&B:Warband's better - it emcompasses pretty much the same game coupled with multiplayer, which makes it a lot more value for money.

DMC4 for me :) I decided not to buy Metro 2033, since I've found it cheaper in retail
Just Cause 2 BFBC2 HL2 EP2 Portal Freedom Force+ Freedom Force vs The Third Reich.
I got DMC4 off of amazon for like $5, I think. It was really cheap, I know that much.
There is another one tomorrow right? timezones are confusing me
Sam and Max??? Nooooo! I just spent my last pennies! I really wanted that too!
Is this the last day or is tomorrow the last day?
tomorrow is the last day! [editline]09:44PM[/editline] Final Days For Steam's Perils of Summer Sale Announcement - Valve July 2, 2010 - If you are reading this - congratulations! You have survived farther into summer than most and have taken to heart our cautionary tales about the dangers of summer activities. As if good health wasn't reward enough you have until 10 am PST Monday, July 5 to stay safe, stay inside, and save big on today's top releases, classic titles, and publisher catalogs at www.steamgames.com. Sadly, not everyone has heeded our warnings over this first week of summer, to those who have recklessly fallen, been crushed, or stung (and the care givers reading this to you now), we hope for your speedy recovery - but would also like to point out that we told you so. [editline]09:44PM[/editline] so you got till Monday!
Battlefield is tempting
I would get Just Cause 2, why? JUST CAUSE! *shot*
Bought all Just Cause 2 DLC
Just cause 2 dlc is tempting but even reduced the bits I'm missing are more expensive than all the games I have been buying steam just makes me re-evaluate what actually is a bargain more than £3 for a game is just to expensive now
Valve has a lot of nerve putting Mount & Blade on sale - the sequel/stand-alone expansion pack "Warband" is a direct improvement that fixes a ton of bugs and annoyances, while adding a bunch of new content such as animations (the hilariously sloppy ones were overdone) and a completely new faction with their own weapons and armor. The multiplayer capability is an additional bonus; with in-depth melee combat rivaling that of Jedi Outcast 2. It's definitely worth the extra $5, but I'm clueless as to why Valve would put the original on sale instead of the sequel. It's just going to frustrate new players. Warband is better in every way than the original Mount & Blade. Both games are on sale; Warband is $5 more and not listed on the front page. Feel free to stick with the original if Mamlukes are missing you off, though. :v:

It's their choice if their game goes on sale. It's not something new, the newer and improved game game is usually the more expensive one.

Good deals, too bad i already have all of them. [editline]05:17PM[/editline]
While I'm asking, how's DMC4? Most of the reviews I found were for the console versions, and I know how bad a PC port can get. *cough*MGS2*cough*
DMC4's port is fuckin awesome!
cancelled my steam subscription
How is that even possible?
DMC4's port is fuckin awesome!
One last question about DMC. Do I need to have played the previous games in order to understand the story, or can I just go ahead and play it?
One last question about DMC. Do I need to have played the previous games in order to understand the story, or can I just go ahead and play it?
Well, it would be better if you know what's going on and who's who BUT what makes DMC games awesome is their gameplay, not the story.
How is that even possible?
Hey man, I got a solid gold Rolls Royce I'll sell you for a hundred bucks.
Well, it would be better if you know what's going on and who's who BUT what makes DMC games awesome is their gameplay, not the story.
You know what, I'll go ahead and get it. If I get confused, I can just check Wikipedia. Besides, Hiroyuki Kobayashi's listed as producer. He makes good stuff.
Is this the last day of sales?
Bought Mount and Blade Warband and Bionic Warrior. Both good so far.
