Hello Facepunch, as the title says I suspect that there's a worm in one of my PCs and it's slowing down my internet connection. A relative of mine uses the other PC and I'm not sure if they went on something which could give me this. Not sure of other details I could supply, but how could I know for sure if I have a worm? My internet will slow down to extremely slow speeds at random time intervals and even sometimes time out, and it's pretty slow all of the time, yet when I got it it was quite fast. So, can anyone point me in the right direction? If I do have a worm, how would I know for sure and what would I use to remove it?
Antivirus, remove/quarantine

PCguard sounds like a generic fake anti virus.
Download Spybot Search & Destroy.
You could try doing start>run>cmd>netstat -b 5
That will show what your connecting to.
Idk, it might work.
