• Transferring music from a Sony Walkman NW-S203F to computer

I'm trying to get my music from my MP3 player to my computer since my computer got a virus and i had to format the HD, Sony MP3 players are fucking stupid and the only way to get the files on is through Sonic Stage, this middleman thing that transfers music from your computer to the MP3 player. When i try to copy the files back to "My library" it says that the files aren't in "My library", well no shit they aren't in there i'm trying to do that. When i go directly into the music folder of my MP3 player all of the songs are there but not in order and they have names like "10000003fC". How would i go about getting them back on to my PC keeping the names without having to redownload every fucking song? Somehow they aren't even MP3s when i go into the folder directly they are ATRAC, so i can't rename them, i tried making a CD so i could put it back on my computer but the freaking thing won't let me because of some copyright bullshit. Okay, on Sony's website i found this converter thing but it cant convert them because of more copyright bullshit.
May as well re-rip/re-download them. Converting from one lossy format to another is ill advised (Especially twice).
I've searched this up quite a bit and learned that Sonicstage is the antichrist of music software, might as well then.
