Jesus Christ no.
The rest are acceptable. They should have the 780T in place of the Level 10.

OOC what's wrong with it? Or do you just not like the appearance
It's like 95% of computer cases look 100% shit. For instance, the NZXT Phantom cases. Why would you ever buy something like that? Would you want a bike that looked like the 410, or would you want a bike that looked like Corsair Vengeance C70?
I know this is mostly just opinion, but some of the cases produced these days, and back in the day too, are just incredibly awful in both the build quality and aesthetics. I guess it's not too bad considering they're not too expensive either, but I'd still want my keyboards and mice and sound systems to look and sound good, not just look like .. Something, or whatever it is Cooler Master Cosmos II is trying to look like.
I have a Zalman Z3 case, does the job and was 35€ or something like that, cheapest case I could find. Even came with three 12 mm fans. The only problem is the right side panel is too close to the motherboard holding part, so cables barely fit behind.

I have a Level 10 GT (though I am replacing it with a Phanteks Evolv TG) and it is a nice case with lots of features. The build quality could be slightly better though, I have had several parts break.

Oh, well it seems the price has gone down since I last looked at them. They used to be $400.
I've got the H440, fantastic case with surprisingly good build quality, it looks a little cheaper than it feels. Don't even care if I can't burn CDs with it, the thing is sexy.

But I like my Level 10.
Mind you, it cost $2.

I mean, the article said "best cases" not "cheapest cases" or "most cost effective cases" v:v:v
Barring very specific special applications, why would you ever bother with anything other than a full tower.

It really is all about space after all
Are those noise blocking cases worth it at all? I have 8 fans in my PC at the moment and it's getting kinda irritating at times, wouldn't mind getting something quieter for my next build

Full-tower is overkill for most people. For a simple single-CPU, single-GPU, SSD+HDD and maybe an optical drive build, a mid-tower is the most you'll need, and you can work in Nano-ITX without much of a problem. That either saves you money, or lets you spend money on better components instead of a bigger case than you need. And yes, bigger cases are more expensive, for very obvious reasons.
I've done multiple gaming-rig builds in mid-towers. I've seen perfectly functional, quiet gaming rigs in Nano-ITX cases.
Really, full-towers are more of a specific special application. I usually recommend mid-tower or smaller builds, depending on the exact usage.

not having a massive dumb monolith next to your desk wasting space both inside and outside of it? yeah why use it more efficiently.
