That actually does look kinda nice. It remind me of a lot of Unity games.
That's really aesthetically pleasing to look at.
Really nice style, actually, and I bet it would improve the framerate loads for lower end systems. Gonna have to install it on my girlfriend's laptop when it comes out.
"All I'm doing is making the textures very small and then using an enb. So if textures size is a problem for somebody's pc then performance will go up in that area," he said in response to a question about Toon Skyrim FPS rates. "However enb's are very demanding. Turning off the ambient occlusion could make it at least break even with vanilla skyrim I imagine."
Eh, maybe not. I guess it depends on how demanding the ENB is, or whether or not the style holds up without the ENB installed.
I really wanna try and play the entire game on this, I'm gonna install it when it hits the Nexus, that's for sure.

with skyrims enb you can disable the graphical features and mess with the config to net yourself a performance increase
I'd replay Skyrim with this, maybe not the whole way through but I'd definitely check it out.
I think it looks stupid as fuck personally.
This would go great with all my lore breaking mods (I fly a fucking X-Wing okay...)
I'd honestly play it like that.
I think this is going to warrant another play through of Skyrim, looks so colourful and pretty.
People have tried to make Prequel inspired mods for Skyrim before, but they all looked like shit because the artstyles of the two are simply incompatible. With this, however, it could actually work!
I'd love to try this.

Yeah there's something about the simplicity of it that just feels "right".
How Runescape was meant to be played
Looks better than the default graphics
Looks like playing skyrim with r_picmip or a modified lod bias, and it probably is lol

It's gorgeous!! I don't even have skyrim and now I wanna play it just for this mod
I think it would be better if he used more vibrant colours. The interior shots look like they're untextured, rather than having simple textures.

Just edit the enb or use reshade/sweetfx to manage the colors.
characters look like ass probably
Probably something like this
without the ambient occlusion via ENB I bet it doesn't look very nice
Pretty much how these tend to go.
And ambient occlusion is a killer to run (for me).
will this work with my nudie mods?
Reminds me a little bit of Before

I'm sorta curious how this mod would look if shadows/shading were disabled.
Really looks like this mod
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/17137/?
But with an ENB and shadow tweaks
it looks like a fake game
like, a mockup you'd see in a movie that doesn't want to pay the rights to any videogame
This is one of those cases where I think an ENB would make or break this.
I like the idea a lot actually, but the lighting needs work.
Looks far too bland in my eyes, like untextured almost.
There's cartoony and then there's flat-color-plastered-over-everything cartoony.

not entirely, the mod you showed is different in that you can still see the individual colours in each texture. with this mod it looks like a single block colour on each piece of geometry
