How many hanging bodyweight pull-ups can FP do? E.g: Height: 6'1 Weight: 185lbs Rep max: 13
Could have mentioned something about this thread in the tittle. All we know is that there is a poll.

I was always the only kid who couldn't do any in elementary school. Always. I hated that day. I hated Physical Fitness Test week in general just for that one embarrassing moment. I could run a mile (that sucked though). I could do the curlups. But I could never do that. Goddamn now I'm really depressed.

Considering I can pull myself up a half inch door frame with the tips of my fingers, I'm going to assume I can do at least 10 myself. I haven't tried in years, so this is purely assumption.

I can do around ~17. I'm ~175cm, and I weigh ~60 kilo.
Fucking pullups, never could do them.

I used to do them regularly but I haven't in months now so probably something shit like five.

You have to be retarded to ignore the fact that putting body weight on a smaller portion of your body (my finger TIPS in this case) adds more pressure and reduces grip, therefore it is more challenging then wrapping your whole hand around a bar and pulling up. Fizziks.[/QUOTE] Yes but that all depends on the strength of your lower arms, not the muscles needed to actually lift your weight.The fact that you can hang on the tips of your fingers doesn't say anything about the strength needed to do actual pull-ups. I usually do 3 sets of 10 at the gym I'm trying to get to 20+ though and then attempt to do Muscle-ups
10 or 15 the last time I did them, which was at least 3 or 4 months ago.
I guess though that even if I was a fatty in Elementary... and I still am a fatty... I can do a few pullups now.
