Weird sounds and patterns with the sound after installing a processor

Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 3450 (256 MB)
Processor: AMD Phenom II X4
RAM: 2GB RAM
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-MA74GM-S2
So i installed it WITHOUT updating my BIOS*** because i am still relatively new with computers. I have been gaming, lolling and lurking around the internet for about 4 years, but this was the first upgrade i have ever done to my computer. I removed the old fan and processor, then installed the new parts* while following the instructions carefully. Everything went pretty easily after a bit of trying and failing** all went together and physically, the installation went allright. Then i got a BSOD multiple times, which i solved by renaming AMDLLD.sys to AMDLLD.lol :D
Anyways, everything worked out, i could now start Vista in normal mode instead of the safe mode but then this sound kicked in. It comes from my heaphones, but i'm damn positive i've never heard it before installing the Phenom II X4. So it's gotta be that. At least i think it should. The spund doesn't seem to have a clear pattern. I thought it had one first, but then it went completely random, sometimes *dung*ing faster than Dragonforce drums, sometimes having 30-sec pauses between a single *dung*.
Actually the 'u' is a mixture of u and i.
Disregard that, i suck cocks.
Anyways, it keeps dunging about every 15 seconds once. Wait, 31-second pauses, just took time there.
If you're interested, i can type the BSOD message i received earlier here, although it's replaced by the dunging now:
----------------------------
STOP: 0x0000008E (0xC000005, 0x82FDBCAE, 0x883BFB40, 0x00000000)
AmdLLD.sys - Address 82FDBcAE base at 82FD6000, datestamp 454906a4
----------------------------
Error message ends there, ignore the lines i put above and under it to separate it from the rest of the post.
So, if anyone can help me with this, please do. And if you can tell me a simple way to update my BIOS do tell.
Oh, and concerning the BIOS. Can a Creative Muvo T200 count as a bootable usb? I think it is. Here is an image of it:
it starts with your computer and either interacts with it, or if it needs to recharge it takes pwoer through your computer. It has no programming concerning your computer's BIOS as far as i know, however nor can it execute programs. It's only an MP3 player. although you can use it as a memory stick and you can put all kindso files in it. Mine has about 500 Mt free, but i can get all 2.00 gt if necessary.

*BECAUSE INTERNET DOESN'T CONTAIN A DECENT GUIDE NAMED "HOW TO UPDATE BIOS: A GUIDE FOR NOOBS" >:3
**The AMD Phenom X4 and the fan that came with the thing
*** Mostly because the plastic part around the processor fell off and i had to put it abck together etc. it's good now though figured out how it worked
Ps. Oh and i had a similar thread to this one, but the name was outdated, OP didn't contain all info and overall i didn't respond as well as i could. This one contains all info i can think of. The sound pattern isn't here because it doesn't have a clear one. It changes depending on the situation :(
