Yes this is a question regarding memory usage, and yes i already know that Svchost runs multiple services.
I noticed my svchost that is runs around 150,000 k and sometimes runs over 200,000k is just one service and not multiple, the only service it was running was sysmain. I just wanted to know if that was normal for the service of just sysmain.

Use process explorer to figure out which hosted services in svchost is using a bunch of memory:

Did you not read the post? The only service it was running was just sysmain.
And if you knew anything about Windows, you'd know not to trust Task Manager to tell you anything.

Oh superfetch. Do you have a lot of programs starting up? Or running? Still use ProcXP from Sysinternals (Google: ProcXP Sysinternals, then im feeling lucky) and run it "live". Find out if there is anything else on that service host.
150-200MB is pretty minor, especially if you get ample memory to work with (8+GB).
