T-Mobile will pay for your Netflix if you buy a family phone plan

So this is how net neutrality dies...
Note that this offer isn't available for people on the 55+ plan or the 2 for $100 promo (which has now ended).
So, you can switch to the standard 2 for $120 plan to get a $10 service for "free".
This is bullshit.
Too bad T-Mobile's coverage fucking sucks where I live.
They have fantastic fucking "yo, music streaming is free on data, enjoy" etc. policies, and when they killed our old no-data plan they just upgraded us to a very small amount a month that was technically unlimited through throttling for free. But, if I go about about a hundred miles north or go into a building where the walls are a bit too thick, I can't make use of any of that because I can't actually get a fucking single bar on their service. Can't listen to music, can't browse FP, can't make a fucking call.
We ended up switching to U.S. Cellular a a bit back and the quality of service is so much better, despite them not doing all this "we'll pay for your shit" thing T-Mobile is doing. Frankly, I'd prefer that over saving me $10 a month.

people like net neutrality until they think they are getting a good deal, of course on the long run it's worse, but they don't care (same thing happened with privacy)

Depends - if they start artificially slowing other uses of their service or not counting Netflix as transfer, we might have a problem.
Companies having various deals with each other isn't really anything new

"You get to use this company for free but you have to pay money to use everyone else" is basically the antithesis of net neutrality. It isn't not a problem just because it benefits you.

This favors Netflix. I don't know how that's at all "net neutral" or any different from saying something like "you can access Facebook, but you can't access any other social media site without paying us extra".

Net neutrality is not just about throtling, it's about giving certain people a competitive edge, the theory is that all providers should treat all legit sites the same.
