I'm not sure if this is the right section but it seems to be the best. I have the opportunity to get a Dell UltraSharp 2407WFP monitor for $75. The owner needs to depart with it for some reason and the only issue with it is that you have to fiddle with the power button to get it to turn on and off. Is this a really good deal?
Coming from a guy that has had a monitor with a similar problem; it's not worth it having to deal with trying to get it to turn on and off. But this monitor is around $700 new, so the decision is ultimately yours. If you're looking for monitor suggestions I can help you with that. I am currently looking for a larger monitor for PC gaming, I also want to use it to watch movies and play Xbox on. I already have a 2 monitor setup and plan to use the third bigger one as my main screen (After I get a cheap second video card) If it matters I have a 19" Dell SE198WFP and a 19" SyncMaster 940BW as my current monitors.

Not sure it's really designed for gaming but I game on it and everything looks great.
it's definitely worth it, the power button could easily be fixed if you open it.
I've fixed those power button problems with superglue and paper :v:
Buy it. Now.
Buy it, get it turned on and never power the monitor off ever again. :)
Sorry for the low quality photo, but here is the monitor. It's massive compared to my other monitors: [t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/34886768/Pictures/Random/20130728_095021.jpg[/t] I'm having a look to see how hard it will be to fix that broken button right now
