what is a good pen to write on cd/dvd? and is sharpie a good and safe pen to write on cd/dvd?
a fountain pen works wonders
Any store that sells CD's/DVD's sells those.
sharpies work perfectly. i always keep a couple of them in my pockets in the lab, it's so much easier and faster to just write on glassware with a permanent marker than trying to use proper labels
sharpie works fine
Haha holy fuck I was just thinking about this literally 5 minutes ago. I used a sharpie and it seemed to work, but I can't remember if I've had them skip before because of it. [editline]10:12PM[/editline] hey guys can I use a piece of sharp metal and grind the name of the CD into it thanks
Biro, remember to press hard.
Sharpies will write on anything [editline]11:27PM[/editline] except grass [editline]11:27PM[/editline] and bubbles
Can pen not stick to grass?
[QUOTE=nos217;23834015]Can pen not stick to grass?[/QUOTE] Go outside and try drawing a smiley face on your lawn
[QUOTE=CoolCorky;23834178]Go outside and try drawing a smiley face on your lawn[/QUOTE] But you are capable of writing on a blade of grass :smug:
I used a pencil before, not recommended but it worked.
Pen, or a marker. Preferably permanent, but magic marker works too.
I don't think you should use sharpies for important stuff on disks.
A sharpie works fine in a pinch, but if you're going to be labeling a lot of discs, get yourself a label maker.
A normal Pencil.
