It looks weird but nice
Jesus fuck those specs. Also how big is that phone? Is it even beefier than my galaxy nexus?
(although I guess the 4.8 inches does count for like 90% of the devices size :v: )
Ceramic? That seems an odd choice.
For the love of God... these are rumors. That picture is a mockup. It does not resemble the final product in any way. It will NOT be 1080p. Such display does not exist right now especially at 4.8". We still don't know ANYTHING about it. Please don't post rumors here. Or at least mention that it is a rumor.
There's no way the phone would look like that. The borders at the top and bottom don't match the sides which makes it look unsymmetrical. Also considering there's little to no border at the sides, you'd keep accidentally touching the sides of the screen. I've experienced that even with my HTC desire which has a fair amount of border at the sides
honestly there would be no point for a 1080p screen on a phone
i can hold my galaxy nexus right up to my face and can't see any pixels, 1080p would be super overkill and battery wasteful
wow this looks totally legitimate and I am very excited for this phone! Thank you P320 for sharing this information with me! wow!
No problem. :)

I don't see it as THAT big of a deal. The Galaxy S2 is still a pretty damn good phone.

I'll believe it when I hear it from Samsung, not the bullshit that BGR constantly spews everywhere.

Source is in OP, blind man.

Redmond Pie is a reputable source for tech news.
The fact that nothing about the GSIII has been confirmed tells me something about these "facts" Redmond Pie is telling us.

I'm a reputable source for tech news. LG is already making plans with Google for the next Nexus device, which will be called the Optimo Nexus HD Turbo 5G Plus. It will have a 2560x1600 4.5" screen, 64mp camera, Core i7 CPU, 32gb ram, and 2tb flash storage. I heard it from LG themselves, they told me. That's what I hear from these blogs claiming to have been given exclusive, "CONFIRMED," specs.
Redmond Pie is citing BGR as its source, which is a blog run by a high school dropout (look, a real source!) and while he may post legitimate articles like MWC coverage and hands-on videos, I've noticed that it tends to be the source of most of these rumors that filter out to all the other tech blogs, e.g. Redmond Pie.
Anyone can make a blog, post whatever the hell they want and declare it irrefutable fact. Happens all the time.
TL;DR: Don't be a moron and don't call people blind.
The ignorance of you people in this thread is absurd.

No words...
Cortex A15 or GET OUT. Mali T604 or GET OUT.
Basically, Samsung releasing just a quad core Cortex A9 with an amped GPU means that Qualcomm, and their fuck buddy HTC will be the fastest phones on the market, in overall performance and they have the advantage of integrated 28nm LTE baseband.
Yeah, it's going to be sad...
I would not like my smartphone without the two buttons for back and menu. I already miss a hardware keyboard.

Why would it be such a terrible thing if HTC made a better phone? Competition prevents stagnation.
I wonder if the battery usage is really high, if these specs are correct.
